Saurabh completed his Masters in Corporate Communications from York University. Following that, he joined the PR and Marketing Team at Pepsi Co. However, soon after working at the organisation for a while, he realised that his calling was different. Along with several interests, including Public Speaking, Photography, and Politics, he discovered his passion for becoming a waffle artist.

With the F&B franchising in India still in its infancy, owing to the lack of a single sustainable local brand in those times, he saw this as an opportunity to harness his penchant, understanding, and experience in the domain. What followed next was a quick pivot and a risky bet, with Saurabh bootstrapping his way into launching London Bubble Co. under a corporate umbrella of Gobble Me Good with a humble investment of $2000. Through a franchise model, London Bubble Co. managed to exponentially grow to 100 units in just about 22 months. After selling the brand, at its peak 104 active units to angel investors, leaving a legacy behind, Saurabh is presently working on a multitude of international projects in the F&B space. With accolades like ForbesIndia, Yourstory, Asia 40 under 40, and many more under his belt, Saurabh is also actively invested in various other businesses like funding food start-ups, recruitment, immigration, NFTs etc.
